Return Policy

• All returns require return authorization from BirdControlDepot.com.
• Written returns authorization must be included with return shipment.
• Products must be unopened and in saleable condition.
• Returns may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
• Returns must be shipped pre-paid to BirdControlDepot.com.

• We offer Free Ground Shipping for all orders shipped to the Continental United States.
• All orders usually ship within 48 business hours.
• All orders will receive a Tracking number.
• We do offer international shipping to most destinations, however International orders are not included in our Free Shipping Policy.
